Technorati is a web service that aggregates events in near real-time and then provides a variety of services that slice and dice that data, all based around an Event Engine. It is currently tracking the writings of over 1.5 Million bloggers each day, and allows near real-time analysis of link patterns and meme spread, as well as tracking zeitgeist and breaking news. It also has a variety of XML-based web services that allow people to easily integrate Technorati data into hundreds of applications across the web. Technorati founder and CEO David L. how to hack Technorati, how its services work, and will show off some innovative uses of the Technorati API.
