Frank Hecker
Frank Hecker is a systems engineering manager at Collab.Net. He is also a member of mozilla.org, and author of the Mozilla Crypto FAQ. Previously he worked for Netscape and AOL as technical manager for the Netscape government sales group, where he was sales technical lead for the FORTEZZA, FIPS 140-1, and Netscape Security Services projects; he was also a key contributor to Netscape's decision to release source code for Netscape Communicator, and was appointed one of three Netscape Fellows.
