SCO Moot Court7:30 - 9:00 PMLocated in the Oregon Ballroom Organized by UC Berkeley law professor Pam Samuelson and Groklaw founder Pamela Jones, this entertaining event will thoroughly air the legal issues surrounding the SCO Linux case. Moot Court participants will be prepared to argue the merits of the case in a mock trial before a neutral judge.
Tuesday Evening Extravaganza7:00 - 10:30 PMLocated in the Oregon Ballroom Larry Wall returns with his famous State of the Onion talk, a philosophical walk through the world of programming that only incidentally touches on the latest in Perl. Larry is followed this year by Paul Graham, author of Hackers & Painters and a talk by Damian Conway titled "Life, Universe, and Everything." Several Open Source awards are announced throughout the evening as well.
